René Lallier is a trained veterinarian and an accomplished executive who has successfully grown veterinary diagnostic laboratories throughout his career. With over 40 years of industry experience, he has led multiple mergers and acquisitions across North America. René has built a strong network of researchers in academia and biotech, allowing him to identify innovative products and services through his deep understanding of the industry. He has held leadership roles including CEO of Biovet and Vice President at Mars Vetcare Diagnostics.

Helene Perras, DVM, MBA
MARKETING
Helene Perras is a seasoned leader in the veterinary industry, with expertise in B2B marketing, clinical research, and executive management. Her career includes roles in sales and clinical research at Pfizer Animal Health (Zoetis) and leadership positions at Laval Veterinary Center and the Passionimo Vet Clinic network. A former board member of the Quebec Association of Veterinary Practitioners (AMVQ), she has successfully driven the launch and growth of multiple veterinary products and services across the industry.
